"For the Lundy couple, the celebration began high above the city at ICON Rooftop, overlooking the river, the bridge, and the monumental Cristo Rei. As the lights of Lisbon slowly flickered on, guests embraced to the sound of music and the clink of champagne glasses. The design of the space was based on green and warm earthy tones, creating an understated atmosphere that softened the setting without drawing attention away from the Lisbon skyline. On the wedding day, the couple stepped into a different era. As Sofia Nascimento explains, the idea was for the move to the palace to create a strong contrast with the urban opening. The dinner design was inspired by the palace's historical character and the idea of a lavish, classic banquet adapted for a modern celebration. Guests left contemporary Lisbon behind and arrived at Palácio Nacional e Jardins de Queluz, a beautiful 18th-century palace. Monumental avenues, symmetrical gardens, and fountains under the open sky created the perfect setting for the ceremony. The aisle and ceremonial stage were adorned with arrangements of deep red hydrangeas, while the guest name cards were displayed on a tiered table dominated by burgundy floral tones, a small homage to the opulence of the old world. On the last day of the celebration, Farah and Jason envisioned a relaxed seaside gathering at Princesa Beach Club in Costa da Caparica. The space was reimagined as The Lundy’s Beach Club, with a hand-drawn mermaid on the menus and the club’s signature logo. For the farewell event, guests were asked to wear white, which, for Farah, was “the perfect opportunity to introduce a little color.” In a flowing Cult Gaia Madison dress and gold Fendi sandals, she danced as the afternoon turned into a true beach party. DJ and electric violinist Laura Zimmermann, together with Lyam Cruz, created a Mediterranean club spectacle. Of course, guests danced on the tables as well, glasses of champagne raised to the sky in salute to the newlyweds. “It started as a calm day at the beach and ended as a St. Tropez party,” Farah concludes for Vogue Adria."
